Establish translation process

To avoid confusion about translations in the future, we decided discuss what may be the best process and also document it in the wiki.

This might be helpful? Apparently there is already some kind of translation checks on transifex. You might need to modify the settings according to your needs again?

Translations missing key elements such as a variable or link could potentially break your website or app. To help prevent this, Transifex automatically checks every translation against a set of rules. These checks appear either as errors or warnings. When an error check for a translation fails, then the translation is rejected, but when a warning check fails, the translation is saved. In both cases, translators will see what should be fixed.

On Transifex:

Translation checks
Set the validation checks to run on translated strings for each resource file format your projects are using.
The translators will see an appropriate message if a translation check is detected on a translation string.
