Add the support for subdirectory #8

Dears,

My Frigate server is accessible via : https://my.domain.tld/frigate/

In the Android App, if I put these parameters :

Protocol = https
Host = my.domain.tld/frigate/
Port = 443

The app will try to reach my Frigate like that : "GET /frigate/:443/api/config

Could you please add a field for subdirectory configurations ?
