Fence's assort grows massive over time #495

General information:

Project issue is for:
Server

Expected result:
Fence's assort being somewhat stable in size

Actual result:
It grows and grows to the point when it takes solid seconds to load it

How to reproduce:

Run the game for a couple of hours
Visit Fence's tab from time to time to update his assort

Been running latest build about 5 hours straight and the assort list is staying relatively the same.

It shrunk very slightly at the end of the 5 hours but the variance during refreshes about balanced out. (I only manually checked the scrollbar size about twice an hour to check growth/shrinkage)

Seems fixed.

I can also say that I've left server up for a few hours and the assort list has been staying stable.
