Lost More Rep Than Expected From Killing Scav While Playing As Scav #498

General information:

*Project issue is for: 0.14.0.1.28476 SPT-AKI 3.8.0 - Bleedingedge 28677f
(Server/Modules/Launcher)*

*Expected result: Lose 0.03 to 0.05 rep
(What you expect to happen)*

*Actual result: Lost 2.0 rep
(What actually happened)*

Playing as a Scav I killed another AI Scav. I lost way more rep than I should have.

How to reproduce:

Start a game as a scav
Shoot another scav
Finish game see rep change result
