Bot generation has conflicting face wear #641

General information:

Essentially there is a problem where the bots has conflicting head wear this happens sometimes during raid (you can see by the screenshot its also a scav idk about pmc haven't encountered anything about this on a pmc for now at least)

How to reproduce:

  1. Start game
  2. Go into a raid on customs (That's where i found the bug)
  3. Kill Scav
  4. Check if they have conflicting face wear

i see its strange because a bot literally had the shmaska and balaclava as a loudout (as you can see from my screenshot)
