Add a load change functionality during a single core test #5

Similar to the delayBetweenCycles setting & functionality, add something similar during the test of a single core, e.g. stop Prime95, wait for a bit, restart Prime95 (possibly with two threads?).

Done, v0.8 does include a suspendPeriodically config setting.
