特性：精煉 UI 流程並優化資料獲取

• 在 CommentModal.vue 中新增 inject 和 watchEffect 導入，並移除 defineProps。
• 利用注入的 appRef 實現應用程式高度和溢出的動態樣式，此動態樣式基於模態框狀態。
• 為模態框內的評論列表設定固定高度和自動溢出，以便更好的滾動體驗。
• 在 poll.js 更新篩選條件時，移除自動獲取投票資料首頁的機制。
• 在 LoginView.vue 成功登入後，重新導向至 /admin 而非 /。
• 在 PollView.vue 獲取投票之前清除 createdBy 篩選條件。
• 移除多個 Vue 組件類定義中的邊框重複問題。
• 在 VoteContent.vue 發布評論後獲取評論數據。
• 在 CommentView.vue 中根據投票 ID 去除重複評論。
