With CTM turned on, Optifine replaces my resource packs bookshelves with it's own. #1197

Optifine HD U C8 and Minecraft 1.12.2

One of my pack has customs block models for the bookshelves. It works as desired without Optifine, and with Optifine when CTM is turned off. When CTM is set to "fast" or "Fancy" however, Optifine uses my model, but replaces the texture with it's own textures. This must be a bug.

At the moment the pack has no CTM, so this isn't messed up content in my pack

You can add a bookshelf texture in the resource pack and OptiFine will not apply the default CTM anymore.

Apparently Optifine does this if textures/blocks/bookshelf.png doesn't exist. I'm not clear if that's what you meant, but adding in a dummy file of that name avoids the issue.

However, I don't feel that this is the proper behavior.
