You should first update to the latest Java 8 version and try again. If that won't work you have to remove mods, because your memory is not enough. Otherwise you can increase memory usage to 5GB or 6GB of RAM.
I'm already running the latest version, and any other solution listed in the report.
Your log says Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (8.0_51-b16). The lastest Version is Java 8_0_181. http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html
I would be also useful if you post your latest minecraft log file. I recommend you to use pastebin.com this time.
My client reads build 181.
Maybe it is an internal version usage.
But your latest log would be also useful. You can find it in .minecraft/logs/latest.log
Here. I apparently had a 32-bit version of build 181 installed, so I uninstalled that and kept the 64-bit version.
Are you playing on client or on server?
Client.
I also recommend if you had several Java installations installed that you remove everything and then install a fresh new copy of java. Then go to advanced settings and set the new Java Environment.
You log says that minecraft is overloaded. Maybe it would help if you decrease your view distance.
I tested the game again, with a shader, starting from Tiny. Upon raising to Short, the game crashes with an out of memory error.
Then you should contact the author of the shader also.
I have recently been having issues trying to get Minecraft to run. Upon opening a local world of any kind, it will generate a few chunks before suddenly closing. I have allocated 4 GB of RAM and was using the SEUS shader. This is the log it gave me:
