Problem with the Sun & Moon, Sky, and Stars options when shaders are enabled. #1890

If Sun & Moon, Sky and Stars are disabled, then the uniforms for the sun, moon and shadowlight position don't update properly.

This is kind of logical. The uniforms are updated when the sun/moon are rendered.
