Invalid operation when running with LiquidBounce #2181

This issue has happened ever since I reinstalled the whole .minecraft directory and downloaded a fresh copy of both mods from their respective websites. I am running Windows 10 Home x64, Version 1.12.2 from the official launcher, with Java 8 v201 x64. OptiFine E3 for 1.12.2 is compatible with Forge #2795, you are running with Forge #2768. This could make a difference.

Thank you. I installed #2795 with the same set of mods, and the same thing happened. I forgot to mention, the mods work independent of each other. Here is the new log https://pastebin.com/ACKb4Vt9 Let me know if you need further details
