Shaders are disabled in the preview. Aka don't able them. Please close too.
Sorry, I updated the title - this isn't a 1.15.2 bug but 1.14.4 and prior versions. I haven't tested it in 1.15.2 yet.

Just ran into this today actually using sildurs 1.28 medium. with 1.16.1 g2 pre10. Not sure if it's optifine or the shader itself. I left in the nether and rejoined in the nether instead of in the overworld, not sure if that gives any detail.
This seems to be a very old issue..
Happens to me still on 1.16.4, whenever I connect back to a server where I disconnected in the nether. Nothing seems to fix it other than leaving the nether (turning off shaders, restarting the game, etc etc)

This has been a bug for a long time now - at least a year and a half, probably more. Essentially, when loading into the Nether after starting the client, if certain shaders are loaded, all entities and blocks are black. The only way to fix this is to leave the nether, and come back. Switching off and back onto the shader will just cause everything to go black once the shader is once again loaded.

I have a pre-release of Sildur's latest shader that includes functionality in the End, and it's an issue there as well, so not Nether specific but dimension specific.
Thanks in advance - I know there are a lot of other bug reports following the 1.15.2 pre-release - and thanks for all of the work you do. I have been a cape owner for a while now and also bought all of my friends Optifine capes to help support the development!
