[Bug] Decimation fast Spin

Description of Issue

When I Was Playing Deci I kept spinning as if my sensitivity was super high. This happens randomly while looking around.

Steps to Reproduce

Look around

OptiFine Version

1.7.10

Installation Method

Dropped the .jar file in the mods folder

Fabric/Forge Version

*1.7.10 Minecraft forge or the forge version was 10.13.4.1614

Other Installed Mods

Decimation - Zombie Apocalypse Decimation Voice Chat Optifine of course

Prior Testing

If you've installed standalone:

• Does this happen in Vanilla without OptiFine? No, Just with Decimation

If you've installed using Forge/Fabric:

• Does this happen without other mods installed?
  • Only OptiFine and Decimation
• Does this happen without any mods at all?
  • Only Decimation
• Does this happen in OptiFine standalone? No
• Does this happen in Vanilla without OptiFine? No
• Have you tried using a binary search to find which mods cause this issue? No, because there is only one mod
  • Does the issue still happen with only the remaining mods installed? Yes?

Additional Information

I'm Using Sulders Shaders but does the same without it

This is happening on all versions below 1.12.2 for modded (Could prob reproduce without mods) Please Fix!
