[Better Snow] Support for 1.16 stuff #4360

Description of the new feature

Note: Soul lanterns and Soul torches does not melt surrounding snow layers.

This acts as a continuation of #3144 (I didn't find anything worth mentioning from 1.15). Here are the 1.16 additions that could use some Better Snow support:

Chain
Crimson fungi
Crimson roots
Nether sprouts
Soul lantern
Soul torch
Twisting vines
Warped fungi
Warped roots
Weeping vines
