Mipmap problem

Description of Issue

When using the Valhelsia Structures mod my mipmap is turned off and i can't make it work, tried the options doc already and it just won't work.

Steps to Reproduce

1. I installed the optifine and the valhelsia structures mod
2. It doesn't matter how i change the video settings, mipmap just won't work

OptiFine Version

Any version of optifine 1.16.1

Installation Method

Installed all mods and shaders via tlauncher mods

Fabric/Forge Version

forge 32.0.98

Other Installed Mods

Prior Testing

If you've installed using Forge/Fabric:

• Does this happen without other mods installed?

  • Only OptiFine and Forge

• Does this happen in OptiFine standalone? No

• Does this happen in Vanilla without OptiFine? No

• Have you tried using a binary search to find which mods cause this issue?

  • That's how i find out, only with valhelsia and optifine i get the bug

Additional Information

• Mipmap gets normal if i use the chocapic and sildurs shaders
• bsl shader won't solve, keeps the same mipmap

I remember this happening to me a few months ago when various mods were installed. Currently I am having a similar issue when simply applying a resourcepack. Using only forge and Optifine. forge: 36.1.25 optifine: HD U G8 minecraft: 1.16.5
