Whenever I add a damage and an enchantment tag to a bow, it won't activate the pulling textures provided when I pull the bow.
Steps to Reproduce
create a resource pack
Give the bow multiple textures, depending on durability and enchantment.
example of one of the .properties files used:
3.Try to use a partially broken bow (broken enough to activate the custom texture) with the enchantment
Does this happen in Vanilla without OptiFine?

This only happens when there is both an enchantment and a durability tag. When the bow is enchanted and not broken or broken and not enchanted, the pulling textures do appear.
I'm not 100% sure this is a bug. It could just be that I applied it wrong in the resource pack. Here is how I have the folder set up.
