[Bug] Emissive texture on glowing [vanilla emissive] blocks #4963

Emissive texture doesn't work the same for light outputing blocks as for other blocks. https://i.imgur.com/RV76aY1.png [left block is any non-light outputing block while right block is glowstone with glowstone emmisive texture on top of it]

Glowstone and any naturally light outputing block [shroomlights / lanterns...] should be fully bright with emissive texture as overlay instead of using vanilla emissive feature - which looks a bit worse than fully emissive.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a resourcepack with glowstone emissive texture. or use this: https://github.com/sp614x/optifine/files/9364716/emissiveTests.zip
  2. Look at glowstone - it has shading instead of being fully bright on all sides. [as other blocks]

OptiFine Version

1.16.3 - Optifine HD U G3

Sorry for late response, still a thing image Here is basic resource pack as well emissiveTests.zip

diamond is on the right, glowstone still not working :<

both done same way with _e as emissive suffix image
