[1.7.2 ~ 1.12.2] Unicode Font Character width

Description of Issue

Unlike Vanilla Minecraft, in Minecraft with Optifine, the character width of the Unicode font used when Unicode is forced is slightly different. (https://i.ibb.co/8YqsHhJ/Optfine-Unicode-font-character-width.png)

Steps to Reproduce

After applying Optifine, run the game.

OptiFine Version

ALL Optifine 1.7.2 ~ 1.12.2 (Some old versions are like this too.)

Installation Method

Entered the Optifine site and downloaded it.

Does this happen in Vanilla without OptiFine?
- No.

Additional Information

This Unicode font character width problem only occurs when using OptiFine, and because of this problem, the item name sometimes goes out of the box when the cursor is over it. (And as a design person, I'm very annoyed.)

Characters in bold also have different widths, but it is difficult to investigate any more, so I will only talk about them in text.

I couldn't speak English very well, so I used a translator. You may not understand because the translation quality is poor.
