[Bug] Bug with Psi Conjure Light

Description of Issue

When using Optifine with Psi on the Direwolf20 1.16.4 pack and using the Psi Conjure Light spell it will not light up the area which can be seen when using the F7 key. the light will only light up the block under it as it is taking up the block but not lighting up the 8x8 area as it should.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the Direwolf20 pack and set the Conjure light spell which I used from this reddit post- https://www.reddit.com/r/psispellcompendium/comments/4asbgl/utility_spell_conjure_light/
2. Install Optifine and notice how the spell breaks and no longer lights the area up. weird part is the previous lights I had used show they are still lighting up the area.

OptiFine Version

1.16.4_HD_U_G5

Installation Method

copy and pasted the jar file into the mod packs mod folder.

Fabric/Forge Version

35.1.15

Not crash logs as this is a graphical issue and not a crashing issue

F3 Debug Screenshot

Minecraft's built-in debug screen provides a lot of useful information, and should be included even if the issue is not something that can be captured in a still image.

To open this menu, simply press F3 on your keyboard while in-game. Please ensure the text is easily readable. Depending on the size/resolution of your monitor, you may have to adjust your GUI scale for all text to be completely visible on-screen.

Prior Testing

If you've installed standalone:

• Does this happen in Vanilla without OptiFine? No If you've installed using Forge/Fabric:
• Does this happen without other mods installed?
  • Only OptiFine and Forge - Yes
  • Only OptiFine, OptiFabric, and Fabric - Don't us Fabric
• Does this happen without any mods at all?
  • Issue is when using with Psi
• Does this happen in OptiFine standalone? - issue is with Psi and Optifine unable to test with only Psi and Optifine.
• Does this happen in Vanilla without OptiFine? - Issue of Optfine and Psi mod.
• Have you tried using a binary search to find which mods cause this issue?
  • To find conflicting mods, split your mods into 2 groups (not including OptiFine/OptiFabric, obviously). Remove one group, and test in-game. Keep the group that has the problem, and repeat until no more mods can be removed without the issue disappearing.
  • Does the issue still happen with only the remaining mods installed?
    • Forge/Fabric and remaining mods, without OptiFine

Additional Information

Here goes any final remarks and everything else that might not fit in the previous sections. Below are 2 Pictures one of a previous conjured light block where the light is working properly and another of a new conjured block after installing optifine notice how the second picture the light radius is not working as intended.

Facing the same issue with the latest version of Valhelsia 3 Modpack (includes psi) and the latest optifine (tested with both stable and pre12)
