Strange Error Code #5207

When I try to open the optifine installer I get this error I have tried jarfix but it didn't fix the problem. Version 1.16.4

No idea how the installer works - but it would seem that it could not find the file, possibly an error could have occurred during the writing of said file. The jar file in question looks like the mod assembly (excuse my terminology I don't care for this ecosystem). Just download it manually from Optifine's website most likely or try running the installer as administrator (could fix r/w errors)
