[Feature] Rain/Snow Render Distance #5477

Description of the new feature

So I use a low end PC and i have a Framerate issue when it's snowing or raining in Minecraft

what if there was a render distance for rain and snow in blocks and not as chunks

rain and snow renders around you in a circle. it doesnt go very far

That image is like a illusion

You could try turning particles down? Rain is just a texture, potentially you could make the texture have fewer particles?
