[World Lag] World lags when using 1.17 OptiFine #5709

Description of Issue

Loading in a 1.17 world causes the whole world ticks to lag.

Steps to Reproduce

Load in a new 1.17 world with Optifine. Within a minute, it starts lagging.

OptiFine Version

1.17 HD U G9 pre16

Installation Method

I used the included installer.

Prior Testing

Additional Information

FPS is not affected, only the game ticks themselves.

Try disabling fast render, render regions and smooth fps.

That doesn't seem to do anything

You can try to disable Fast Render and restart Minecraft.

That doesn't seem to work. It is also not fixed in pre17.
