Blackened Shulker boxes and flashing enchantment colors on enchanted tool at elepeltic risking rate

I do not know what caused this bug to be honest and Im going to leave some pictures to show my problems more clearly. image

Note Flashing enchanments fixed but not the shulker boxes, they have blackened again
