[Bug] Fog setting still defaults to Fast in 1.17+ #5750

Description of Issue

The fog setting still defaults to Fast on 1.17+ despite the removal of the option.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Start the game with OptiFine in a fresh directory 2) Go to Video Settings > Details The default option for the Fog setting is still set to Fast despite the removal of the option.

Additional Information

This exists on all OptiFine versions but this is only an issue for 1.17+. The fog still appears like Fancy does on the glitched Fast setting. The setting cannot be changed back to Fast after changing it.

When you launch the fog setting is set to fancy? I am not able to reproduce that, I even reset the settings

You have to be on a fresh install of OptiFine in a new game directory.
