[1.8.9] Keyboard delay when using optifine with and without mods

Description of Issue

Sometimes, randomly, my keyboard inputs get delayed and or ignored/prolonged for long periods of time. I have tried downgrading from optifine m5 to l5 to i7 and to M6 beta and all of them have had this issue. This is only and issue with keyboard inputs as mouse inputs have 0 delay. I have tried to uninstall my keyboard's software but the problem still persists.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download optifine M6/M5/L5/I7
2. Join hypixel
3. Keyboard is delayed

OptiFine Version

M6, M5, L5 and I5

Installation Method

I have tried both installation methods, such as dropping it into my folder and using it as a launcher profile.

Fabric/Forge Version

1.8.9-forge1.8.9-11.15.1.2318-1.8.9

Other Installed Mods

Prior Testing

• Does this happen in Vanilla without OptiFine? No If you've installed using Forge/Fabric:

• Does this happen without other mods installed?

  • Only OptiFine and Forge
  • yes

• Does this happen without any mods at all?

• If I remove optifine then no, it doesn't happen

• Does this happen in OptiFine standalone?

• yes

• Does this happen in Vanilla without OptiFine?

• no

• Have you tried using a binary search to find which mods cause this issue? Yes and the mod causing the issue was optifine

  • Does the issue still happen with only the remaining mods installed? Yes because whenever optifine is installed it causes this problem
    • Forge/Fabric and remaining mods, without OptiFine --> This one doesn't matter because only optifine is causing this issue

Additional Information

I've gotten ignored twice on the optifine discord while trying to solve this issue and apparently nobody can help me. Please help me out this keyboard lag is VERY annoying and messes up a lot of my gameplay.

it is kind of hard to film this since you cant see my keyboard inputs but you will see my Minecraft player moving even though I'm not holding my keys down
