[BUG] I cannot see my Migration Cape with optifine

Description of Issue

First of all, I had migrated my account from the Mojang account to the Microsoft account. I received Migrator Cape by doing so, so I wore the cape in Minecraft to see how it fits on my skin. IT WASN'T THERE Yes, whenever I use optifine, I couldn't see my cape. And I am told to turn off my optifine cape, but I can't because I don't have one. Can this bug be fixed?

What do you do...
...to find this bug? Turn on Migrator Cape(or other capes) Use optifine

OptiFine Version

The newest one of 1.8.9 and 1.12.2, but I believe this is a bug for all recent versions OptiFine_1.8.9_HD_U_M5 OptiFine_1.12.2_HD_U_G5

Installation Method

I use forge, so it's in my mods folder.

Fabric/Forge Version

1.8.9-forge1.8.9-11.15.1.2318-1.8.9 1.12.2-forge-14.23.5.2854

Prior Testing

As I said above, it doesn't happen without optifine, I can see my cape if I don't have optifine.

Last time i saw this happen was when capes weren't on in video settings, did you actually try seeing if that works?

nvm I was an idiot and I didn't even know that setting existed in video settings
