Am getting this error and I'm not using Optifine. So I doubt it's an optifine related bug. And in my searches, this poor dude also got the error in 1.13 https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-20220

I don't got a solution yet as I'm still searching. but posting this to BUMP and to hopefully try to find a solution.

Tho just a FYI, I just started getting this error now that I swapped my MC to use my Nvidia gpu instead of the default Intel gpu.

Further testing, means it's not an issue with forge or optifine, as I ran a clean vanilla minecraft and launched successfully, but when I when into settings > video > fullscreen and enabled fullscreen it crashed throwing the exact same error code.

And this keyword EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION comes up in the error logs for forge and vanilla. So Idk if @SwiftSpeed01 and my errors are the same, (especially since @SwiftSpeed01 hasn't uploaded a full log) but this is the bread crumbs I'm following.

EDIT launching my minecraft as administrator fixed it. I doubt my issue is the same as @SwiftSpeed01 but since we got the exact same error code: -1073741819 I figured we would be slightly related. Sorry if my 2 comments are un-related to this issue.

I first got the error after installing a new graphics card, the AMD RX 6750 XT Nitro+. The error only occurred when I joined a world and only when I used Optifine.

Running the Minecraft launcher as administrator also helped for me.

if somebody encounters this again, it would be immensly helpfull to create a fresh new issue, following the Bug Report Template by the letter and provide actually neccessary informations and not just a snippet of the log instead of any complaining of lack of response or adding "mee too" to such incomplete issues that will probably never be dealt with ever :) the first step to a proper fix is understanding the issue and that means enough details to reproduce (and yes i am aware the report hass been done before the templates were in place) but please keep this as an in all aspects "friendly" reminder to provide more infos and not skip the templates when creating issues
