[Crash] Resource pack issue //Server crashes when logging into server with resource pack installed #6856

Description of Issue

Whenever I log into my server with resource pack enabled, the entire server gets crashed. This only happened if I enabled resource pack with optifine installed

Steps to Reproduce

Have a resource pack installed on your server
Install optifine 1.19 pre1
Log into the server and you will see server crash right away

OptiFine Version

Preview OptiFine 1.19_HD_U_H8_pre1

Installation Method

I simply installed and ran via luncher. I didn't use any mods like fabric or forge My server is Bukkit-based server

Is this only server resource packs or does it happen on packs from your own resource packs folder?
- When you say the server, do you mean the client? The log you sent on Discord was for a client.
- Does this also happen when joining singleplayer (if the first question's answer is yes)?

This is only the server resource pack Yes, the client. After the client finishes loading the resource pack, the screen displays loading terrain and then crashes. Didn't try it for singleplayer. I only tested with my multiplayer server with server resource pack installed.

So resource packs you load from your resourcepacks folder on your PC are fine?

Check this only if the crash also happens when loading a resource pack from the resourcepacks folder on your PC
