Does this happen in Vanilla without OptiFine?
A: No
Additional Information
When taking out World Edit problem was fixed. Adding Optifine back in caused the problem to reoccur. This seems to be an issue with Optifine 1.19.2. Loaded 'Programmer Art' built-in texture pack, and it seemed to fix the issue. If texture pack is taken off it isn't fixed.
Blocks with known issues:
Any trapdoor
Prismarine
Stone Brick
Netherbrick stairs
(There might be more blocks with issues but these seemed to be the ones I noticed)
Same on my Installation.
Started with yellow fully opaque trap doors, then I noticed birch leafs having a green glass texture, when connected textures is enabled.
