[CIT] Interpolated animations don't work with CIT textures #7336

Description of Issue

Interpolated animations don't work with CIT textures

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create animated texture with interpolation enabled
  2. Apply it to CIT
  3. Animation plays without interpolation

OptiFine Version

1.19.4-OptiFine_HD_I3_Ultra

Additional Information

Interpolated animations work fine outside of CIT

Tested with CIT item texture using the vanilla sculk animation (interpolated). The CIT texture interpolates as expected.
