Issue with cc tweaked 1.19.4 1.104.0 undetectable peripherals #7395

Issues and steps to reproduce

  1. Just have these two mods installed
  2. .Launch a computer in Computer Craft with a monitor nearby and type peripherals. All nearby peripherals are undetectable/unusable. Optifine changes something about blocks being adjacent that makes computer craft not be able to detect nearby devices like monitors, printers, disk drives and speakers.

OptiFine Version 1.19.4 HD U I4

Installation Method .jar in mods folder

Fabric/Forge Version Forge 45.0.66

Other Installed Mods cc tweaked 1.19.4 1.104.0.jar

It's not optifine's responsibility to fix mod interactions but please consider, these mods are near and dear to my heart.

To clarify, this is not a mod compatibility issue. Optifine is causing Forge's AttachCapabilitiesEvent<BlockEntity> event to not be fired, which will break a large number of mods.

Still happening in MC 1.20.1 with OF I6-pre6 and CC:T 1.108.1; network cables don't even connect!
