Whenever I try to run the .jar file to install Optifine for 1.20.1 (HD_U_I5), it just doesn't work at all. It loads for half a second then gives up, never even opening a window prompting me to install it. I have run 1.20.1 before, so that can't be the issue.
Steps to Reproduce
Download OptiFine_1.20.1_HD_U_I5.jar from the official optifine site
Open my downloads folder
Either double-click on it or right-click and select open, both giving the same results
It loads for a few frames (loading icon by cursor)
