Pretty self explanatory; resource packs with emissive textures don't render emissive entity textures for vanilla or modded entities if Geckolib is installed. (Regardless of whether or not the entity is a geckolib animated entity) This is almost certainly a problem on their end, but still seemed worth noting. (I've also submitted an issue report to the Geckolib devs)
Steps to Reproduce
Download any resource pack with Emissive textures for entities.
Extract Optifine as a mod instead of a game installation.
Install the latest version of Geckolib
OptiFine Version
1.20.1, I5; But some quick testing suggests this is also an issue in older versions.
Installation Method
This is only an issue in the Extracted version, everything works as intended in the installation.
Fabric/Forge Version
Forge 1.20.1
Other Installed Mods
Geckolib is definitely the problem; I have tested this with only Geckolib installed.
