Emissive rendering issue in inventory and item frame only

Description of Issue

I was making a forge 1.20.1 mod and was making a block emissive according to how you would do so in a resource, and it worked great, but in the inventory, it was a grayish color and didn't look right

Steps to Reproduce

Create a forge 1.20.1 mod with a block with a emissive side
Check block in inventory

OptiFine Version

OptiFine 1.20.1 HD U I6

Installation Method

Mods Folder

Fabric/Forge Version

Forge 47.2.20 (1.20.1)

Prior Testing

If you've installed using Forge/Fabric:

Does this happen without other mods installed? Yes (my mod and optifine)
Does the issue still happen with only the remaining mods installed? Yes (my mod and optifine)

The ores are the resource pack i took the file structure off and was just there to show that my mods block (in the hotbar) is glitched but those aren't

This is not easy, or intuative to reproduce quickly to verify this issue. If you have a mod that causes this conflict, please directly provide it rather than requesting someone recreate the mod.

Additionally, you have 40 mods installed. Please try and find specifically which mod causes the visual glitch when installed along side OptiFine. It would also be helpful if you can verify that you get the same result when forge is installed vs. when OptiFine is installed on it's own. Thanks!

I just realized how dumb I am for having all those mods, however the issue still persists with only optifine and my mod QMrsIhu (new screenshot, same glitch however) Mod can be found here Varied-0.1.1A.zip
