Issue with bot upon installation #14

Added the clan but has not allowed us to do much else with it. Any ideas? I'm sure I'm missing something obvious. I have done this both with and without a Public War Log (saw your post in another thread and thought I'd try that)

That is a strange one. You didn't set up the bot yourself right? You are using the one I am hosting.

Yes that is correct. Woke up this morning. It triggers every time an attack is made but it's just a blank message.

I assigned your clan to a channel on my server and it appears to work. Make sure it has the proper permissions on the server. I don't think RichEmbeds are a separate permission though.

I gave it every permission (not sure if this was correct) and it's still blanking. Super weird. Do you have a link to the permissions it's supposed to be set with? I'm sure it's on that main page somewhere I'll try and hunt it down.

Tried again (see below). Re-authorized, gave all permissions, tried all the commands. Sort of out of ideas.

Final update. Picture 1 = his android phone; Picture 2 = his PC

Recap PC - Everything works perfectly Android - They can only see the text / code iOS / Macs - Can't see anything

Andddd we figured out what the problem was.... #rookiemistakes

Might be worth a quick line in your ReadMe. Bot had all the right permissions; we didn't. Thanks for the help.
