NRK, can't find video ID #1218

Trying to download from NRK.no, tried several different videos, for instance https://tv.nrk.no/serie/vikingane/sesong/1/episode/1 , all of them gave the same error:

ERROR: No videos found. Can't find video id.

Tried both the latest stable version (v. 2.4) and the latest snapshot with a zip-file (19-Oct-2019).

Win 10 64-bit

Worked less than a week ago, I follow a few shows there, guess the Norweigans are up to no good, trying to block us. :-D Streaming still works though, so I'm good anyway, but download is busted as of now. The one thing I noticed is that they gave me a big GEO-BLOCKED, in my face. I swapped to a Norweigan IP through my VPN, but it still didn't work, in download, but as I say, streaming on their web site still works for me, as long as I'm on a Norweigan IP.

Hi, tried another show today, which didn't work, same error reported as before, but still works fine with streaming, and still works fine with youtube-dl. Just for everyones reference.

Still not working on version 2.8 "ERROR: No videos found. Can't find video id."

Still confirmed with:

And as before, streaming on the site works fine, but a Norweigan IP is needed.

Norwegian IP is not needed to stream on the site, I can stream with my regular IP. Using norwegian VPN to dl also won't work.

Oooh, that's somewhat interesting. Using my Swedish Normal IP, I get geo-blocked, just tested again, so I presumed it would be the same for all. But as you say, downloading still doesn't work, even if using a Norwegian IP.

Could perhaps be that you're outside of the EU, that would explain it, tv4 in sweden does the same thing with that.

Maybe some videos are blocked while other arent, im inside of the EU and dont have problems watching videos from the MGP for example, even live streaming the show. But downloads doesnt work with this tool.

@jaimebg https://tv.nrk.no/serie/hurtigruten-365 will work from everywhere.
