Are you going to release a gui for svtplay dl for windows or do you know some gui that use svtplay dl?

spaam commented 8 years ago

i have some plans for a gui. the idea it should work on OS X, windows and linux. i dont really know when it should be done. hopefully before summer.

I look forward to that its hard to find good programs to download from playsites. Have you test Youtube dlG? This is easy to use but don't has some functions.

Who will create an account, make an issue and then delete it again? Maybe you should close this issue and make a new one instead @spaam?

I have created a gui for svtplay dl that covers my needs. There may be some bugs left, but it will be much easier to download several episodes via a batch file. svtplay_gui.exe should be placed in the same folder as svtplay-dl.exe and creates a batch file called run.bat The program is available for download at http://www.bodingh.se/download/svtplay_gui.zip

@Bofinken I have tested your GUI and you have forgot that if you enable Only subtitles you also need to enable Get subtitles or else you will not download any subtitles at all. That should be done automatically.

Get subtitles shouldn't be a question. I don't understand why it will ask for download path at startup? I should have used %USERPROFILE%\Documents as default or current directory. You already have a browse button to change path if i want to change it.

It will also add a / at the end of the path. Does that really work? svtplay-dl -o "C:\Users\xxxxx\Documents\svtplay-dl/"

Corrected found issues: 2019-05-27 Download folder defaults to the Documents folder. Fixed checkbox Only subtitles
