Modding API #31

Planning on providing some API things with the Mod Loader, like Mod Injection, advanced Debugging and maybe some GUI related things.

Closing this for now, as there hasn't been much work on things like mod injection and it doesn't seem that necessary anymore and other things like debugging and GUI things are implemented now.

Should you disagree, or still actually work on mod injection, feel free to re-open it.
