Merges main source from Harmony into the modloader dll under the namespace Harmony. There doesn't appear to be any bugs in the tool's main purpose & feature set or as a result of the merge, and packaging it with the modloader will allow mods such as @lench4991's ACM to do more than what's currently possible.
Also in this PR is /unsafe being enabled (Harmony requires it), and the copy after building now works with paths that contain whitespace (eg. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Besiege).
