Chinese Version of Magnifier

Dear Magnifier's Maintainer,

I like Magnifier very much. I would like to do the Chinese translation for it. 
Do you have time to accept the translation in the trunk? If not, I have to 
release it in new package (I don't like this way).

I will attach the translation file after getting your confirmation.

Please let me know if you would like to accept my patch and I will merge the 
code and delete my net.eguidedog.magnifier. Thanks!

Yes, we can merge translations. Please attach the translated strings.xml file.

Besides strings.xml, we need to modify the java file too because the camera 
effects strings are not included in strings.xml.
