Add literature survey or related work section to the documentation #14

This section should include a previous work that tried to solve the same problem, you can use these papers or search for more info.

Write the following for each paper

[x] Add the name of the paper into the references section and give it a number
[x] Refer to it into this section by adding more info about what mechanism or algorithm they used in detection and recognition.
[x] What is their experimental results
[x] At the final of the section add a comparison for each algorithm in the detection
[x] Add comparison for each algorithm in recognition
