Add methodology section to the documentation

This section will include our proposed system and what we will use.

• [x] Add introduction about what CNN is and then continue that we will use two techniques built on it which are MCTNN algorithm for face detection and ResNet model for face recognition
• [x] Add information about what MCTNN is and its importance in face detection, alignment
• [ ] Add information about what FaceNet algorithm is
• [x] Add information about what ResNet model is and how it encodes the face image
• [x] Add information about what Binary classification is
• [ ] Add the architecture of the above two algorithms
• [x] Draw a diagram that illustrates our process and what the steps are when an image was taken as input and produced as output.
