Traders sell one Euro/Dollar #63

Traders only sell one Euro/Dollar. After purchase can buy again one Euro/Dollar and sometimes console spam these lines:

tried it with dev profile and wasn't able to reproduce any errors

I tested it in on profile which was created in 3.8.0 with no mod (previously only with RM) and it works without any mods. Dev profile with which was created in 3.8.3 with mods all is good. I downloaded RM again and it seems to be working. After the update, I didn't check if config.json had changed, and I always skip it when replacing files. There are now line rand_stock_modifier_min ;p
