CSS Templatification #255

The CSS should be refactored in a way that there is a .css file per template and not per page as the changes were done for the html in #116 and for the JS in #141

@mattsklivas something that will definitely enhance your life, although we should discuss how this is going to work with changing theme. should we have a convention of "themename-template.css"

Ex : "lofi-camera.css" for the lofi camera css?
