Setup ArUco Marker Detection #627

Description

ArUco marker detection is required for ERC. These are black and white tags containing a small amount of information, simply an ID number.

Acceptance Criteria

OpenCV can detect ARTags - see here. This must be set up on the cameras on rover, and sent over a topic
