Subgraph for Spark Meridian events #108

Create a Subgraph (https://thegraph.com) to index Spark Meridian events like MeasurementsAdded and RoundStarted to provide faster access to recent data, access to historical data beyond 16 hours offered by Glif API, and reduce the load on the public Glif API nodes.

Vulcanize / Laconic.com are the subgraph provider who can host subgraphs for the Filecoin ecosystem right now.

Could this even fix the historic backfill spark-stats issues? If we create a new subgraph now, will it have access to all blocks?

I have no idea. It would be great if a subgraph were able to backfill historical data.
