Installation Issues #19

I am using Windows 10, with Python 3.5.1 installed on it. I have attempted to install the iri2016 module multiple times, having deleted and reinstalled MSYS in between attempts. Each attempt has produced the same error, and led to Python crashing on my system. Based on the error messages, the biggest issue seems to be that the installer is unable to locate several executables including gfortran etc. I followed the necessary steps so I am not sure what the issue is. Can you advise? Thanks!

It can locate gfortran but the installation still crashes. Please advise. image

Python >= 3.7 is required
