This PR adds the simulation resources and setup instructions under folder curiosity_nvidia_isaac required to create Curiosity Rover simulation on Nvidia ISAAC. Another PR will be raised under the demo repository for the corresponding controllers and rivz teleop plugin.

There is a dependent PR on this, under demos repository (https://github.com/space-ros/demos/pull/68)
