include completed quests pulldown doesn't work in portrait mode #349

When viewing my quests, the pulldown that allows you to select from Hide 
completed quests, Include completed quests, and Only completed quests doesn't 
work in portrait mode on my device.  The pulldown flickers, then goes away.  In 
landscape mode, it works as expected.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. have device in portrait mode
2. tap on the pulldown, or tap-and-hold on the pulldown

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the menu to show up so I can make a selection.  Instead, the menu 
shows up very briefly, then goes away, and I can't make a selection.

What version of the product are you using? On what device?
0.7.0 on Motorola Atrix HD (Android 4.1.1)
