Would help with several things:

Silicons, clowns, and mimes can choose a new name.
Various jobs can choose different flavor titles or alternate outfits / access, or even a different spawned entity entirely for borgs etc.
Chaplains can pick a religion.

and so on.

Partially resolved by https://github.com/space-wizards/space-station-14/pull/25715 which adds loadout options for jobs and titles.

May be possible to do the religion thing too with loadouts, but we would need more holy items.
